Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the bantamweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 1 - 0 - 0, fighting out of London, Jack Jackson!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 8 - 10 - 0, fighting out of New York, Trey Diesel!
The judges for this bout are Joseph Jones, Alyssa Summers and John Roberts.

Diesel stuffs the takedown attempt from Jackson. Jackson gets slowly back to his feet.

Diesel darts in and lands a nice takedown into half guard.

A telegraphed takedown attempt from Jackson is defended easily by Diesel.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Diesel throws a nice looking combination but Jackson bobs and weaves to avoid any damage.
Diesel displays good takedown defense there as he swats away a double leg from Jackson.

Jackson changes levels and drives through with a really nice takedown into side control. Diesel looks really pissed at himself for not defending that better.
Diesel wants to get back to his feet but Jackson drags him back down.
Diesel manages to land a sweep and he's now on top! Lovely Jiu Jitsu!
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

Jackson pushes Diesel off looking to stand but Diesel dives back in and keeps control.
Diesel seems very keen to just sit and control from half guard but Jackson does not like that idea so much and is remaining active off his back.

Jackson is looking to get back to is feet but Diesel passes into side control.
Jackson gives up the full mount - oops, sloppy defensive grappling there!

BOOM! Diesel connects with a massive shot to the dome!
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

The crowd are getting on the fighters' backs, as the pace has dropped off in the last minute or so.
Diesel scores with a nice shot to the head of his opponent. Jackson is looking for a way out.

Diesel has his hand under the chin of his opponent looking for the choke. He's nearly got it! This one could be all over! But no, Jackson has freed his hand and lives to survive another… well, another couple of seconds at least!

And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

Trey Diesel dominated that round.
The corners get their ten second warning. Both fighters stand from their stools and stare eachother down, ready to get back to the action.

Jackson goes for a double leg but Diesel avoids the attempt and the two fighters end up clinched against the cage as Diesel continues to drive forward.
Jackson tries to close the distance and clinch up against the cage but Diesel paws at him with a jab and circles away.

Diesel looks for a takedown. He's got it. We're now in half guard.
Diesel takes a deep breath and rests his weight momentarily on top of his opponent, to control the position.

Diesel is looking for a kimura here.
Jackson is in trouble now - Diesel has advanced to mount!
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Jackson is really trying hard to get back to his feet.

The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Jackson wants to try and get back to his feet.
Diesel tries to control but Jackson wriggling away.
Diesel has been the more effective fighter overall so far.

Diesel has hold of Jackson's left arm, perhaps looking for a submission. The two fighters tussle over control of the isolated limb and Jackson manages to get his arm back to his side and away from danger.
Trey Diesel has got the better of the ground game so far.
Jackson wants to use the cage to get back to his feet here.
Jackson is trying to stand but he's not in a good position to be doing that! Diesel has taken his back!

Jackson is trying to get to his feet but he's left his neck exposed and Diesel manages to sink in a rear naked choke! Great counter grappling by Diesel!
