PBP Commentary

Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between Boby Ramrod (ranked 5447 p4p, 24839 weight class) and Kelly Salvacion (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Ramrod comes to the cage accompanied by Bloody Sabbath. The crowd giving both fighters a great reception on their way into the arena. That's good to see.

The fighters are starting to get a bit slippery now, which will make submissions a bit more difficult.

Ramrod stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Salvacion swivels though and keeps the full guard.

Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless.
Salvacion stops Ramrod from taking his back. Still, being mounted isn't any better.

Ramrod goes for an armbar but he's fallen flat on his backside there and now Salvacion is on top in guard.
Ramrod might be looking to lock onto one of his opponent's long limbs for a submission, whilst we're on the ground.

Ramrod looks to be working for a triangle here. Oh, it looks like he might have it! Salvacion has picked Ramrod up and slammed him! Ramrod can't keep hold of the triangle and Salvacion manages to pass to side control!

Salvacion is not a happy chappy… he wants out of there.

Salvacion has left one of his arms exposed and Ramrod doesn't need a second invitation. He's isolated it and locked on a tight armbar. Salvacion screams and taps out, obviously in a lot of pain. Hopefully there isn't permanent damage to that arm.

Boby Ramrod opened up his post fight interview with a scream to camera that he wants a title shot! Whether he deserves the shot will be up to the management of the organization, so I guess he'll have to wait and see.
