Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Taka Cruise (ranked 3104 p4p, 3022 weight class) and Erik Axel (ranked 415 p4p, 406 weight class). These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

Cruise throws a body shot but no joy.
Cruise throws a right and a left that Axel avoids nicely.
Cruise throws an uppercut from half a mile away. Axel sees it coming and avoids it easily.

No joy there for Cruise, who threw a few shots but didn't land.

Axel drops Cruise with a hook right on the temple. He thinks about going to the ground but Cruise looks back up at him and smiles so Axel waves him back to his feet - he obviously thinks he can knock him out after that shot landed.
Oh Cruise is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
Axel lands a brutal uppercut that launches Cruise off his feet! Cruise tumbles to the floor, barely conscious - the referee jumps in to save him from a beating! Wow, what an ending!
