The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Finan changes levels and drives through with a really nice takedown into side control. Pierre looks really pissed at himself for not defending that better.
Finan is trying to get an arm triangle but Pierre is defending well.
Finan wants to control but Pierre is keeping him busy.
Pierre is trying to stand back up. He's worked his way up against the cage but Finan has just dragged him back down to the mat.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Finan in side control, working for a kimura. He's got hold of an arm and he's torquing it... Pierre is tapping! That's the end of the fight!
