Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Nawty Bull (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Andre Cain (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Bull comes into the arena with Whats that coming over the hill blaring out of the sound system. Cain has chosen Dominos as his entrance music. Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the featherweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 0 - 4 - 0, fighting out of London, Nawty Bull!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 0 - 5 - 0, fighting out of London, Andre Cain!
The judges for this bout are Richard Clark, Andrew Berry and Sam Margolis.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Cain clinches with his opponent.
Bull landing knees to the head.
Bull changes levels and goes for a takedown here. Cain fights it off and pushes away nicely.
Bull wants to clinch
and Cain counters with a left and a right that stings Bull.

Bull scores a trip takedown into side control. Nice.
Cain throws an elbow to the body but it doesn't land.
Cain defending against the ground and pound.
Bull working away.

Bull working the head with strikes.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

Bull tries for a kimura. Not really close to a finish though.
Cain really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Bull. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.
Bull is breathing heavily.
Bull wants to lay and pray for a moment but Cain keeps working.
Cain is looking to reverse the position.

Cain postures up and decides to stand up, from the half guard. The ref calls for Bull to stand up.

The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

The referee has ruled that neither fighter is active enough on the ground and has stood them back up.

Cain rushes Bull and presses him up against the cage.
A nice glancing elbow lands by Cain.
Bull is trying to work for a single leg takedown but Cain pulls him back up using the underhooks.

Bull has hold of a leg and is looking for a trip takedown. Cain avoids it nicely though and we remain in the clinch.
Cain wants to strike at distance but he can't break free of the clinch.
Bull changes levels and goes for a takedown here. Cain fights it off and pushes away nicely.

Bull is working from a closed guard but he's struggling to control his opponent.
There's a bit of a scramble here and now Bull is on top in guard.

Bull stands up from guard. Let's bang!

Bull drops to a knee looking for a takedown but Cain gets the underhooks and prevents it.

Cain turns his hips and lands a very nice judo throw into side control!

Cain stands up and beckons Bull to his feet.

Cain stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Bull swivels though and keeps the full guard.
Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here.

Bull has a loose triangle. He'll be looking to tighten that up but Cain can see exactly what he's planning and manages to posture up and free himself.

Bull is working actively off his back, looking to secure an arm or perhaps work for a triangle.

Neither fighter is doing enough for the referee's liking and he's decided to stand them back up.

Cain closes the distance and clinches.

The crowd are getting on the fighters' backs, as the pace has dropped off in the last minute or so.

Cain gets control of Bull's arms and successfully pulls guard. Cain will no doubt be looking for submissions off his back.

Cain slips a nice elbow through Bull's hands, connecting with Bull's forehead.

Bull has been looking to land a fair amount of strikes on the ground. He might be looking to soften his opponent up in order to work for a submission.

Cain decides to stand up.
Bull throws a jab, cross combination which is slipped

and Cain counters with a shoot takedown. Bull fights it but they end up in guard.

Andre Cain showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards.
OK. That's time! The bell goes and we're back to the action. This is the final round!

We get told so often about how wrestlers don't like to be on their backs. Let's see if Cain can do anything to dispel that myth.

Bull is working the butterfly guard. He manages to land a nice scissor sweep and is now in half guard on the top. Nice move.

Bull wants to lay and pray for a moment but Cain keeps working.
The fighters are battling for position here. Cain manages to regain full guard. Nice work.
Nawty Bull has stepped it up - he knows he needs a finish here!

Bull drops back looking for a heel hook - he quickly realises he's not going to get it but Cain manages to dive on top of him before he can escape and now Bull has Cain in his guard.
Bull is trying to keep Cain in close.

Andre Cain comfortably won the final round on my scorecard.
Well Cain has outworked and out performed his opponent in all aspects of the game today. He was simply too good and the decision should be no more than a formality. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
