Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Potemkin Izmaylov (ranked 878 p4p, 2005 weight class) and Darry Curtis (ranked 128 p4p, 287 weight class). Curtis is bouncing up and down as he enters the arena, backed by Stevie Wonder - Stay Gold. These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

Curtis throws a leg kick but Izmaylov sees it coming and checks it nicely.
Curtis swings and misses with a hook to the body.

Curtis has been spending a lot of time sparring his boxing in the run up to the fight, trying to sharpen up those hands and look for a knockout.

enabling Curtis to counter with a crisp jab.

Curtis was about to counter that last move with a leg kick but changes his mind.
Izmaylov throws the kick towards the body but Curtis avoids it.

Curtis is the aggressor but that punch slipped nicely by Izmaylov.
