Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of 4 - 6 - 0, fighting out of Helsinki, Karl Beilstein! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of 1 - 3 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Kotaro Kikuta! The judges for this bout are Patrick Alders, Wagner Zegers and Paul Aken.

Beilstein gets his takedown attempt stuffed easily and Beilstein takes a counter punch right on the button for his troubles. A really sloppy takedown attempt there from Beilstein. Kikuta looks more muscular than last time we saw him. He must have been on the weights. Kikuta lands with a shot to the body. Kikuta stuffs the takedown attempt from Beilstein. Beilstein gets slowly back to his feet. That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Karl Beilstein. That's going to take a lot out of him. Kikuta swinging wildly here.
Beilstein has been talking about how he's improved his wrestling in the run up to the fight so let's see if that's enough to sway the balance. Beilstein drops his hands momentarily and Kikuta needs no second invitation. He sets himself and throws a perfect high kick, that clips Beilstein just on the top of the head. Beilstein drops like a sack of potatoes to the canvas, out cold! Oooooooh yeah! Stick a fork in Beilstein - he's done!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:38 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Head Kick). Kotaro Kikuta! After the fight, Kotaro Kikuta was humble in paying tribute to his opponent but made it clear he wants to go on to bigger and better things. It seemed to go down well with the crowd who cheered him loudly.
