Bigg comes to the cage accompanied by Rocky Top. The crowd seem to be enjoying Hernandez's choice of entrance music: I’m Back . This should be a great matchup!

Bigg connects with a crisp jab.
It looks like Joey Hernandez has been cut.
A kick lands to the mid section there for Bigg.

And Bigg counters with a quick kick to the body but Hernandez blocks it.

and Hernandez counters with a takedown into side control! That could mean trouble for Bigg!

Bigg throws a big counter combination but Hernandez scrambles out of danger and avoids any damage.

We can't be sure of the tactics at this early stage but we have heard that Hernandez has been working on his takedowns a lot in the buildup to the fight and we can only assume he's going to look to take this to the mat.

We've been told by Bigg's head coaches at Ryōzanpaku Dojo that he's been working on his takedown defense in preparation for this fight.

Both fighters circling a little - Bigg finishes the exchange with a kick to the body.
Bigg feints a jab promting Hernandez to slip. Bigg then demonstrates his capabilities by jabbing again. Hernandez slips again and ducks right into an uppercut.
Hernandez misses with an uppercut. Bigg saw that one coming.
Bigg throws a nice outside leg kick.
Bigg ducks under an overhand right and circles away with a smile on his face.
Bigg is looking to counter with a body kick.

Bigg's jab looks to have found its range, popping Hernandez under the eye.
Hernandez misses with a hook
and Hernandez takes a counter punch right on the button for his troubles.
Bigg is using his reach advantage well here, landing the more effective single shots from range.
Hernandez throws an ugly left hook that misses
and Bigg counters with a straight that turns Hernandez's legs to rubber! Bigg pushes forward with more strikes and Hernandez goes down, battered and bloody! That's a wrap folks!
