Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Fedor Shabanov (ranked 1267 p4p, 993 weight class) and Solomon Kahn (ranked 173 p4p, 135 weight class). The fight MMA fans around the world have waited their entire lives for!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of 18 - 9 - 0, fighting out of Helsinki, Fedor Shabanov! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of 31 - 15 - 3, fighting out of London, Solomon Kahn! The judges for this bout are Phil Schofield, Donald Grub and William Gold.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Kahn lets loose with a powerful body kick. Shabanov will feel that in the morning. Kahn ducks low and lands a nice hook to the body of his opponent. Shabanov moves out of range of the body kick from Kahn.

It looks like Solomon Kahn has been cut. A low kick from Kahn misses and Shabanov finishes the little exchange by landing a big kick to the body. Shabanov throws a hook to the body but it doesn't connect.
It seemed like Kahn was going to counter with the hook but didn't fully commit to it. A slapping leg kick lands for Kahn.
Shabanov lands a front kick. Shabanov uses good head movement to avoid the hook from Kahn. Shabanov moves out of range of the strikes. Shabanov tries to score with a leg kick but it misses it's target. Shabanov on the wrong end of a nice hook. Some bone on bone action there as Shabanov checks a low kick. Luckily it wasn't a particularly hard one. Kahn throws a monster uppercut resembling something out of street fighter but it doesn't land. We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out! Shabanov moves out of range of the strikes.
That's one minute gone in the round. Shabanov looking to throw a kick but he's pulled out of it. Kahn swings away with a counter right hand but no contact made. Shabanov throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle. Kahn dips down and scores with a jab to the body. Kahn throws an uppercut from half a mile away. Shabanov sees it coming and avoids it easily. Kahn throws a lazy body kick enabling Shabanov to counter with a crisp jab. Both fighters circling a little - Kahn finishes the exchange with a kick to the body. Shabanov swings and misses with a hook to the body.
Kahn closes the distance and takes a jab right on the nose as he does so. Kahn with a nice looking leg kick. You could hear that one land in a back row.
Kahn fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Shabanov manages to avoid it. Shabanov was looking to counter that move with a punch but didn't quite pull the trigger. Kahn takes a jab right on the nose. That must have hurt but he shrugs his shoulders and looks to return the favor. Shabanov checks a low kick from Kahn. Shabanov fakes a jab and then connects with a hook. Solomon Kahn seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
That's two minutes gone in the round. The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so! Shabanov gets cracked with a nice right hand there by Kahn. Kahn misses with a looping left. Kahn throws an off balance right hand
and Shabanov cracks him with a counter punch right on the button. Shabanov throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle. Shabanov cracks Kahn with a nasty uppercut that draws ooohs from the crowd and sends Kahn tumbling backwards onto the mat. He tries to recover but Shabanov pounces and lands a hail of unanswered strikes that forces the referee to step in to end the fight! Kahn is not happy but he gave the referee no choice!
