Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Johnny Lydon (ranked 1313 p4p, 1969 weight class) and Kosuke Ishimura (ranked 177 p4p, 272 weight class). Chooooooooon! I think Lydon might be my favorite fighter, now he's come out to Queen - Don't Stop Me Now . Johnny Lydon has the better chin. Will he look to stand and bang today?

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 14 - 13 - 0, fighting out of St Petersburg, Johnny Lydon!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 20 - 18 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Kosuke Ishimura!
The judges for this bout are Leandro Rodrigues, Matheus Silva and Thiago Cunha.

A jab from Lydon does it's job there.
Ishimura attempts a leg kick but it's missed by a good margin.
Kosuke Ishimura seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Lydon takes one on the chin but keeps coming.
Ishimura shuffles to his left behind two crisp jabs. Lydon eats them both and turns towards Ishimura to reposition himself and eats a stinging right hand-left hook combo.
Ishimura slips under a jab from Lydon.
Lydon throws a quick head kick that skims the top of Ishimura's head.
Lydon cracks Ishimura with a big right hand that sends him to the floor! Ishimura looks wobbly but he's sprung back up to his feet straight away… can Lydon finish him?
Ishimura is rocked!
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Lydon throws a hook to the body but it doesn't connect.
Ishimura is still on wobbly legs! Can Lydon finish him?
Lydon works the jab nicely.
Ishimura drops his hands momentarily. Lydon doesn't need a second invitation, landing a shot to the temple. Ishimura staggers and falls to the mat and the ref dives in to save him from any more punishment. Ishimura doesn't seem happy with the stoppage but he was done.
Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:30 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Punch). Johnny Lydon!
Post fight, Johnny Lydon stared into the camera and said 'and thanks for sparring partners at the Hell Warriors Gym!'.
Kosuke Ishimura was interviewed post fight and said 'Jesus is coming back.'.
