Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Pavel Sekera (ranked 5512 p4p, 5268 weight class) and Louis Moore (ranked 540 p4p, 530 weight class). Sekera's entrance music is Bleed it out. A fine choice. Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 2 - 2 - 0, fighting out of New York, Pavel Sekera!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 2 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Louis Moore!
The judges for this bout are Lou da Vinci, Jonathan Paton and Alyssa Summers.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Sekera dives in for a single leg takedown but Moore sprawls and the fighters end up clinched against the cage.
Sekera tries to land a leg kick but Moore saw it coming and moves away.
Sekera throws a combination. Moore tries to block but a couple of punches get through.

Sekera has been talking about how he's improved his wrestling in the run up to the fight so let's see if that's enough to sway the balance.

Moore is trying hard to land a takedown here. Sekera sprawls well and keeps this one on the feet.

It looked like Sekera was looking amped, ready to throw a big counter but didn't commit.
Sekera fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Moore manages to avoid it.

Sekera controls Moore momentarily but Moore frees himself.

Moore wants to stand but Sekera has a closed guard, so he can't escape.

Moore let fly with a counter punch to the body but it didn't land.

Moore wants to push off and get back to the center of the mat but Sekera has him pressed against the cage.
Sekera tries to take the fight to the ground by pulling guard but can't manage it.

The crowd are hurling abuse towards the fighters... You can hardly blame them though because there isn't a lot going on in the fight.

The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Moore is looking to control Sekera's leg but it's slowly edging free. Can Moore avoid being mounted?

The referee has motioned to the fighters to stand back up.
Sekera will need to tighten up his combinations if he doesn't want to gas himself out, swinging at thin air.

Sekera shoots in for a takedown. "I don't think so" says Moore as he avoids it easily.

Sekera tries to score a power double leg takedown but Moore sees that one coming and sprawls well. That will dishearten Sekera somewhat.

Moore with poor footwork there. He got himself in a bit of a tangle, enabling Sekera to score with a decent uppercut.
Sekera fakes with a right hand and throws a good leg kick, right into the thigh. That had to hurt Moore.
Moore tries to drive through with a takedown attempt but Sekera defends well and Moore ends up having to push Sekera into the cage where they will battle it out in the clinch.
