Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Timothy Bukovac, Percy O'Donnell and Frank Antenori.

Jorge fails to land the takedown.
Valentine just misses with a punch to the body.
Jorge has his takedown stuffed
and Valentine counters with a right hand to the body.
Valentine throws a right hand that Jorge ducks under and follows up with a left that Jorge also avoids with ease.
Valentine lands a slapping body shot.

It looks like Felipe Jorge has been cut.
Valentine comes forward and lands a shot to the body, then darts back out of range.

We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!

Valentine is throwing a lot of body shots here, looking to wear down Jorge rather than just go for the knockout.

Valentine lands an uppercut in the clinch that drops Jorge to his knees! Valentine keeps firing more shots against his stricken opponent and the referee jumps in to save him!

In his post fight interview, Lou Valentine started talking himself up. Luckily his charisma kept the crowd on side and gave him a good reception.
