Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between Bobby Midas (ranked 3787 p4p, 4397 weight class) and Boby Ramrod (ranked 0 p4p, 204 weight class). The crowd seem to be enjoying Ramrod's choice of entrance music: Bloody Sabbath. This should be fireworks!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the bantamweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 1 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Bobby Midas!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 4 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Boby Ramrod!
The judges for this bout are Alan Glass, Chris Downing and Stewart Dunkirk.

Ramrod leaves Midas with his face pressed against the mat as he sprawls beautifully, defending against a solid takedown attempt.
A telegraphed takedown attempt from Ramrod is defended easily by Midas.
Midas shoots in for a takedown but doesn't get it.
A really sloppy takedown attempt there from Ramrod.

Midas closes the distance and clinches.
Midas really does look like a pencil wearing a pair of gloves. Let's hope he has a gameplan to suit that ridiculous body shape.
Midas lands a knee to the head.
Midas tries to land knees in the clinch but Ramrod avoids the damage to the body.
Ramrod tries to take the fight to the ground by pulling guard but can't manage it.
Bobby Midas has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Boby Ramrod.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Midas lands an elbow inside.
Ramrod avoiding damage.

Ramrod is trying to break the clinch but Midas is controlling him.
Midas lands a hook that snaps the head of Ramrod backwards.

Ramrod is working on a leg, looking for a takedown but Midas is defending well.

The crowd are getting pretty annoyed with Midas for his constant stalling in the clinch and are voicing their displeasure.
Midas scores with a knee to the head.
With the fighters up against the cage, Midas throws an elbow but misses.
The referee is keeping an eye on Midas - much more stalling and he will separate the fighters.
Ramrod jumps guard but Midas turns him against the cage and keeps the fight standing.

That's two minutes gone in the round.
Ramrod struggles to land a body shot inside as Midas controls his hands.
Kneeeeees! The crowd are calling for knees to the body. Midas obliges.
Ramrod on the defensive, avoiding the knees to the body.
The fighters are pressed against the cage, as the pace of the fight slows.
Ramrod tries for a takedown but Midas manages to get underhooks.
A right hand to the body from Midas.
Midas stalling in the clinch.
Midas throws a vicious knee straight up the middle but Ramrod blocks it with crossed arms.
Midas stalls.
Ramrod is working hard here but doesn't seem to be able to control effectively, up against the cage.

That's three minutes gone in the round.
Midas lands a right uppercut that snaps the head of Ramrod backwards.
Ramrod tries to jump guard but he falls flat on his backside. Midas smiles and moves away.

Ramrod gets caught napping as Midas dives in and scores a takedown. Ramrod manages to retain guard.
Midas wanted to stand there but Ramrod had control of the position.
Midas stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Ramrod swivels though and keeps the full guard.
Ramrod lands a beautiful sweep and he's now moved into his opponent's guard.

Midas wants to stand and escape but Ramrod is having none of it.

That's four minutes gone in the round.
Ramrod advances to half guard.
Midas scrambles, trying to get to his feet, but Ramrod manages to mount him!

Ramrod wants to finish this one by submission but Midas is holding onto his waist, trying to prevent any attacks from Ramrod.
Ramrod won't let Midas get back to his feet... He wants to keep the fight where it is for now.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Ramrod wants to take his opponent's back but he's not managed it.
Midas trying desperately to get to his feet.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

Bobby Midas dominated that round.
The corners get their ten second warning. Both fighters stand from their stools and stare eachother down, ready to get back to the action.

Midas shoots in for a double leg but Ramrod sprawls well. That's going to sap some energy.
Ramrod drops down looking to force a counter takedown but Midas defends it well.

Ramrod gets caught flat footed, as Midas shoots in with a quick takedown into guard.

Ramrod has thrown up a leg looking for a triangle. Midas doesn't defend quickly enough and Ramrod has managed to lock this one up! Can Midas escape?! NO! He's tapping out! Damn, that was a quick submission - congrats to Ramrod on a fantastic submission victory.

Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:25 of round 2, we have a winner by way of Submission (Triangle). Boby Ramrod!
Boby Ramrod opened up his post fight interview with a scream to camera that he wants a title shot! Whether he deserves the shot will be up to the management of the organization, so I guess he'll have to wait and see.
