PBP Commentary

Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Nick Graves (ranked 13 p4p, 78 weight class) and Demon Monkey (ranked 2 p4p, 11 weight class). Graves comes to the cage accompanied by Rage Against the Machine - Bulls on Parade. Monkey is bobbing his head along to his entrance song: Bransjehora. On his way into the cage it seems that Nick Graves has been attacked by a crazed fan! It looks like it might have been the just bleed guy! Luckily Nick Graves seems to be OK! I thought that lunatic was in prison!?

Monkey throws the left hand but Graves avoids the punch easily.
Monkey looks to land a combination. Graves sees it coming but can only parry a couple of the shots.
Graves blocks a head kick by Monkey.
Donk. Monkey catches Graves right on the button with a cross.
Graves throws a hard body shot but it just misses.

Monkey lands a big head kick that sends Graves tumbling to the mat! Monkey takes a step backwards and waves Graves back to his feet - he wants the finish!

Graves is rocked!
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!

Graves fakes with an overhand right and moves in to clinch with Monkey, pushing him back against the cage.
Oh Graves is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
Monkey scores with a shot to the side of Graves's head.
Monkey pushes Graves against the cage. Monkey is working some dirty boxing. Monkey pushes off with a quick right hook! Graves goes down! Graves tries to stand but stumbles back to his kness! Monkey moves in to finish and the ref steps in to prevent any more damage!

Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:47 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Demon Monkey!
