Takayama Yataro seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.

Fortythree has been spending a lot of time sparring his boxing in the run up to the fight, trying to sharpen up those hands and look for a knockout.
Yataro throws an overhand right that lands on Fortythree's shoulder, as Fortythree tries to avoid the shot.
Fortythree is clearly trying to counter these attacks from Yataro with a body shot.
Yataro misses the jab.
It seemed like Fortythree was going to counter with the hook but didn't fully commit to it.
A jab from Fortythree finds it's way through Yataro's defenses.
Yataro cracks Fortythree with a nice right hand that draws applause from the crowd.

Fortythree is rocked!
Fortythree looks up at the clock. Bad move! Yataro lands a right hand from hell, dropping Fortythree. Yataro pounces and finishes the fight with a flurry of punches and elbows.

Ladies and gentlemen, after 3:21 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Takayama Yataro!
