Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Cole Ison (ranked 22401 p4p, 21254 weight class) and Chief Man (ranked 681 p4p, 662 weight class). Well, I have no idea who's going to take this one!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.

Ison goes for a spinning back kick but it misses.
Man tries to drive through with a takedown attempt but Ison defends well and Man ends up having to push Ison into the cage where they will battle it out in the clinch.

Man misses with a takedown attempt - Ison sprawls well and throws a nice strike on the way out which just misses.
And Ison counters with a quick kick to the body but Man blocks it.
Cole Ison has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Chief Man.

It looked like Ison was trying to counter with a body shot coming off that last attack from Man.

Horrible takedown attempt by Man or perhaps it was just good defense by Ison, which made it look bad.

Man shoots in with a lovely double leg takedown. Ison manages to land in full guard to minimise the damage.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!

Ison is throwing his legs up, looking for submissions. Man is aware though and is defending well.

Man got a little sloppy there for a moment and Ison has worked his way into a loose triangle - can he finish it?! No, Man has managed to get both his arms back between Ison's legs - danger averted.

The fighters are starting to get a bit slippery now, which will make submissions a bit more difficult.
Man is working Ison over from the guard. He should look to pass the guard and do a little more damage with these strikes.

Man has an Americana. Ison didn't react quickly enough there and he's in big trouble now! He tries to squirm out but is forced to tap! Man is delighted and gyrates in front of the ring girls. They seem to like the attention - it'll be interesting to see if Man hooks up with any of them at the after show party.
