Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Phoenix Dawn (ranked 2916 p4p, 2469 weight class) and Crazy Legs (ranked 376 p4p, 326 weight class). Crazy Legs has the better chin. Will he look to stand and bang today?

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of 5 - 0 - 0, fighting out of New York, Phoenix Dawn! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of 3 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Crazy Legs! The judges for this bout are Ben Zyskovitsi, Marco Blurström and Roosa Järviläinen.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Legs slaps away a takedown attempt from Dawn, before circling back to the center of the mat. Legs tries to counter by closing the distance. Dawn has his takedown stuffed and Legs counters by clinching up. Legs tightens his grip and picks Dawn up, before dumping him to the ground. Dawn manages to land in guard. Legs is trying to work a guillotine from the top, or something like that? Don't know how he thinks he's going to get a finish from there. Dawn is working an open guard here, looking to improve his position. No doubt that will leave him open to counters but at least he's being more offensive. Legs's corner is telling him to maintain position. Legs told us pre-fight that he has been working on his escapes in training. Let's see if he can call on some of his new skills to get back to his feet. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Dawn keeping full guard, as Legs tries to pass. Dawn throwing his legs up looking for a triangle.

That's one minute gone in the round. Dawn looking for subs off his back but Legs has passed one foot through into half guard.
Legs perhaps working for something from half guard, or maybe not. It looks like he's just sitting there. Legs trying to pass the guard but Dawn defending well. Dawn is looking to control Legs's leg but it's slowly edging free. Can Dawn avoid being mounted? Dawn tries to get to full guard but Legs has control of the leg. Dawn trying to control from the bottom.

That's two minutes gone in the round. There's not a lot going on here and the crowd are letting the fighters know they're not willing to tolerate a lack of action.
The fighters are starting to perspire pretty heavily. Legs looking for a kimura but he'll have to free his other leg if he wants to finish that. Perhaps he's just using it as a distraction technique.
Legs is figuring out what he wants to do next. Dawn is looking to regain full guard. Not this time though. Dawn is working hard here to advance position. Legs wants to take a breather but Dawn is having none of it. Legs moves into side control, avoiding a weak kimura attempt from Dawn. Legs is looking to take a break and control but Dawn is keeping him honest, looking to work from the bottom.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Dawn tries to bench press Legs off him but Legs keeps the position. Legs working hard here to secure a kimura but he's not really in the right position for it. Legs looking for an arm triangle but it's way too loose to do anything. Dawn tries to buck Legs off but Legs is having none of it. Legs is looking to finish here, going for an Americana. Dawn knows the correct defense though, so he's OK. Legs wants to work for a kimura but he's foiled early by Dawn, who protects the arm well.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Dawn tries to control the position but he's not in luck - Legs easily slips into full mount! Dawn is in all sorts of trouble here.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Dawn sneaks a leg back under and regains half guard and is working straight away to try and get back to guard. He hasn't managed just yet though. Dawn tries to roll over but Legs keeps him under control. Legs thumps the canvas. Not on purpose obviously - he just missed Dawn's head. Dawn tries to roll over but Legs keeps him under control. Legs looking to pass the half guard. Not this time. Boooooooooooooooooooo!!! God, this has been a terrible round. Come on you two, sort yourselves out! Dawn blocking the ground and pound attempt from Legs. Dawn is looking to improve his position.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Crazy Legs dominated that round. The corners get their ten second warning. Both fighters stand from their stools and stare eachother down, ready to get back to the action. Dawn tries to score a power double leg takedown but Legs sees that one coming and sprawls well. That will dishearten Dawn somewhat. Dawn gets caught flat footed, as Legs shoots in with a quick takedown into guard. Dawn wants to hit a sweep here but Legs passes into full mount! Oh no, disaster for Dawn there! Dawn is in a horrible position here, under a barrage of strikes, he's managing to avoid any damage.
Legs swings around for an armbar and he's got it! Wow, that came out of nowhere! What a finish!
