Coming up we have a super heavyweight MMA rules bout between Sam Savioor (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Tommi Turunen (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Savioor comes into the arena with Killswitch Engage - Holy Diver blaring out of the sound system. Turunen comes into a darkened arena with his song building. The Hipo & Dogi Song kicks in, the lights come on and the crowd goes wild! What a showman! The atmosphere really building for this one as we go over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the super heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Anni Minnemäki, Roosa Järviläinen and Arvi Lind.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Turunen tries to close the distance and clinch but Savioor swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away.
Turunen tries to clinch up but Savioor circles away and keeps his distance.
Turunen fails with an attempt to clinch.
Savioor gets caught flat footed, as Turunen shoots in with a quick takedown into guard.
Turunen avoids a guillotine attempt easily.
Savioor controls Turunen momentarily but Turunen frees himself.
Savioor is really struggling to control Turunen but he's trying to hold on to the position.
Turunen wants to control from the top but Savioor keeps moving.
Savioor working from the bottom, still in full guard. He's managed to get a loose triangle. Turunen doesn't seem to be doing much to defend here, obviously he feels comfortable in the position. Turunen manages to throw the legs off his shoulder and he's back into guard - no problem.

Turunen really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Savioor. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.

Savioor pushes a forearm under Turunen's chin to create some space. He's escaped his hips and pivoted quickly for an armbar! Can he extend the arm? Yes, Turunen is tapping out! Damn, that was fast!
