Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Maximus Furioto (ranked 2183 p4p, 23032 weight class) and Cole Hotman (ranked 270 p4p, 635 weight class). Furioto comes to the cage accompanied by 韻踏合組合 - "一網打尽. Cole Hotman acknowledges the crowd's support as he enters the cage.

Furioto takes a head kick and keeps coming.

Furioto has a loose triangle. He'll be looking to tighten that up but Hotman can see exactly what he's planning and manages to posture up and free himself.

Hotman decides to stand up and beckons his opponent to follow.
Hotman slaps away a takedown attempt from Furioto, before circling back to the center of the mat.
Hotman throws a decent looking leg kick but it doesn't land clean.
Hotman throws a front kick that sends Furioto stumbling back into the cage.
Hotman throws a wild body kick that Furioto sees coming a mile off.

Cole Hotman is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs.

Hotman lands with a kick to the temple. Furioto shrugs as if to say "is that all you've got?"

Hotman bucks up whilst keeping hold of a body lock, managing to reverse the position. Now he's in top in Furioto's guard.

Hotman would like to get this fight back to the feet but can't get free from the closed guard.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Hotman is using up a lot of energy trying to get back to his feet. Perhaps he should improve his position first.
