With a record of 3 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Kevin Faulk! The judges for this bout are Steve Smith, Trevor Gratis and Robert Douchet.

Theriault throws a hook to the side of Faulk's head but Faulk sees it coming and ducks under it beautifully. A big left from Faulk misses. Faulk thuds a left hand into Theriault's body. Faulk tries to move into range but Theriault moves to the side and lands with a nice right hand. A slapping body kick lands there for Faulk. Theriault lands a powerful looking uppercut that connected with his opponent's jaw. Theriault slips under a jab. Faulk closes the distance and presses his opponent up against the ropes. Faulk blocks a body shot from Theriault. Theriault fails to land with a short punch on the inside.
Theriault can't find room to land a body shot as Faulk controls the action.
Faulk lands a body shot. Theriault definitely looks more muscular than last time we saw him fight. Faulk prevents Theriault from breaking the clinch. Faulk lands a nice looking hook to the body, against the ropes. Theriault is breathing heavily. Theriault is trying to break free. Faulk lands with a light punch inside. The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here. Theriault misses with some punches.

Faulk scores with a shoulder strike. Faulk is leaning against Theriault and scores with a nice uppercut to the body. Faulk throws a blind hook that connects with the side of Theriaults head. Theriault tries a shoulder strike but it doesn't do any damage. A quick uppercut on the inside from Faulk. Faulk scores with a shoulder strike. Theriault stalling in the clinch but Faulk improves position. A hook to the body from Faulk.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff! Faulk softening up his opponent with strikes, against the ropes. Faulk lands a nice uppercut.
Theriault is rocked! Faulk lands a body punch. Oh Theriault is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!! Faulk cracks Theriault with a big uppercut, right up the middle and Theriault goes down! Oh, he's hurt! He's bigtime hurt! The referee is giving him a chance to get back to his feet - 4,5,6,7, no, he's called it off! Theriault wasn't going to make it and the fight is over!
