Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Xafan Kong (ranked 822 p4p, 755 weight class) and Fedor Shabanov (ranked 125 p4p, 109 weight class). Kong comes into the arena with Demon's Theme blaring out of the sound system. Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 19 - 9 - 0, fighting out of Helsinki, Fedor Shabanov!

Shabanov throws a monster uppercut resembling something out of street fighter but it doesn't land.
An attempted straight right counter from Kong misses the target.
Kong fakes a jab and scores with a low kick.
Shabanov throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle.
Shabanov slips a straight right by Kong.
Shabanov lands a big head kick that sends Kong tumbling to the mat! Shabanov takes a step backwards and waves Kong back to his feet - he wants the finish!
Shabanov throws a body kick but he was well out of range there.
Nice uppercut lands for Kong. That snapped Shabanov's head back.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Kong finds himself stumbling back on wobbly legs after being clipped by a right hand. He's up against the cage, ducking and weaving under Shabanov's strikes but an uppercut finds it's way through and Kong falls! - He's completely out of it and the ref jumps in to save him!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:54 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Fedor Shabanov!
