Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Bastien Giroud (ranked 2134 p4p, 2320 weight class) and Kevin Lee (ranked 267 p4p, 288 weight class). These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

Lee manages to get an easy takedown there - catching Giroud on his heels. He'll look to pass Giroud's guard now, I'm sure.

Lee wants to work for a kimura but he's foiled early by Giroud, who protects the arm well.

Lee goes for an armbar! This could be all over! Wait, no, Giroud rolls with the submission and now he's on top in Lee's guard! Nice work there by Giroud!

There's a bit of a scramble here and now Lee is on top in guard.

Lee drops back for a leg here. A bit of a high risk move... He's looking for a kneebar by the looks of things. Now both of them are looking for submissions. Lee seems to have locked his on tight now - Giroud screams in pain and taps out furiously! It certainly was a high risk move but it's paid off for Lee, as he picks up the win!

During a confident post fight interview, Kevin Lee thanked all his fans. He seemed very genuine when describing how motivated his fans keep him.
