Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Tyson James (ranked 1140 p4p, 2307 weight class) and Fedor Mazepin (ranked 134 p4p, 267 weight class). Mazepin has chosen boom as his entrance music. Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of 19 - 12 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Tyson James! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of 13 - 11 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Fedor Mazepin! The judges for this bout are Tiny Johnson, Daniel Franklin and Stewart Dunkirk.

James quickly recovers to half guard. James avoiding damage under a succession of punches from Mazepin. Mazepin is trying for a guillotine from the top but the pressure isn't in the right place so James is just riding it out for now. Mazepin eventually gives up the hold. James is controlling Mazepin's position as best he can from this difficult position. Mazepin is trying to work for a kimura but James is defending well.

James definitely looks more muscular than last time we saw him fight. James wants to improve his position but Mazepin is controlling well.

That's two minutes gone in the round. A few boos can be heard. I'm sure they will multiply if the fighters don't pick up the pace. Mazepin looking for a kimura but he'll have to free his other leg if he wants to finish that. Perhaps he's just using it as a distraction technique.
Mazepin is looking for an arm triangle, whilst trying to pass to side control. James doesn't seem that keen to cooperate though. No luck this time Mazepin. The fighters are starting to perspire pretty heavily. James is looking for a sweep. Mazepin is wise to his cunning plan and keeps the top position. Mazepin seems to be working for a kimura but James defends the submission attempt.
That's three minutes gone in the round. James gets full guard. James keeping full guard, as Mazepin tries to pass. Mazepin scores with a decent looking elbow strike. James pulls Mazepin in close to his closed guard and prevents Mazepin from doing any damage or advancing position. James has momentary wrist control but Mazepin slips an elbow through the middle. James is working the butterfly guard. He manages to land a nice scissor sweep and is now in half guard on the top. Nice move.

James is trying to work for a kimura. This could be trouble! No, Mazepin has managed to free his arm - good work. Mazepin tries to roll over but James keeps him under control. Boooooooooooooooooooo!!! God, this has been a terrible round. Come on you two, sort yourselves out! Mazepin works his way to full guard. Good work. Mazepin keeping moving, preventing James from controlling successfully. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

James drives through with a takedown into guard. Mazepin working for a triangle but James defends it easily.
James stands up over Mazepin, holding his feet. He dives back in and lands a decent shot to the head. James cracks Mazepin with a solid left hand. Mazepin has a loose triangle. He'll be looking to tighten that up but James can see exactly what he's planning and manages to posture up and free himself. James is working the ground and pound from guard. He might want to try advancing position though to get more of an impact.
It looks like Fedor Mazepin has been cut. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. James thinks about going for a leg but decides against it, in order to maintain the position. Mazepin has momentary wrist control but James slips an elbow through the middle.
That has opened up Fedor Mazepin's cut even more. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. James is in close to Mazepin's body, working some short punches and elbows.
That's one minute gone in the round. James wants to control from the top but Mazepin keeps moving. Mazepin had isolated an arm as going for a kimura. James defends it easily. Mazepin is trying to control the position but James postures up. Mazepin is working actively off his back, looking to secure an arm or perhaps work for a triangle. James is sitting in guard, working some ground and pound.
The cut above Fedor Mazepin's eye is starting to cause him problems now.
The referee calls the doctor in to look at Fedor Mazepin's cut. Oh no, the doctor has called an end to the bout!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:55 of round 2, we have a winner by way of TKO (Cut). Tyson James! Tyson James looked relieved post fight as he said the following; 'I'm not going to lie, if I lost tonight I was likely going to retire, but what's another fight? '. Fedor Mazepin spoke after the fight, saying 'until next time'.
