The official calls the fighters to the middle and the contest is under way. Byhenikov fails with a takedown attempt. Byhenikov shoots in for a takedown but doesn't get it. Darko changes levels for a counter takedown but doesn't follow through with his attempt. Byhenikov closes the distance and clinches up, looking for a takedown.
