The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Robertson circles away from the clinch attempt.

Neither fighter is doing enough for the referee's liking and he's decided to stand them back up.

A few boos can be heard. I'm sure they will multiply if the fighters don't pick up the pace.

The referee has ruled that neither fighter is active enough on the ground and has stood them back up.

Robertson feints and then dives in with a takedown. That was a long way out but the feint bought him enough time to close the distance and complete the takedown. Now we'll play guard for a bit and see who can get the better of that position.

Robertson gets control of Penny 's arms and successfully pulls guard. Robertson will no doubt be looking for submissions off his back.

Penny stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Robertson swivels though and keeps the full guard.

Neither fighter has done anything of merit for a good minute or two here and the crowd are not happy about it.
