Snicket clinches up against the ropes.
Fagan is looking for a takedown up against the ropes. Snicket gets underhooks though and prevents the takedown attempt.
Fagan pulls Snicket into guard.
Fagan wants to control but instead he gets his guard passed and Snicket is now in half guard.
Fagan wants to improve his position but Snicket is controlling well.
Snicket is working for a submission of some sort.

We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

Fagan has no desire to be mounted, so is trying to control. Snicket is working away from the top position though.
Fagan is pressing down on Snicket's left leg trying to get back to full guard. He's managed it.
The fighters are trapped in the ropes so we're going to have a reposition here. The ref calls for a break and repositions the fighters in the center of the ring.

Fagan working from the bottom, still in full guard. He's managed to get a loose triangle. Snicket doesn't seem to be doing much to defend here, obviously he feels comfortable in the position. Snicket manages to throw the legs off his shoulder and he's back into guard - no problem.
The fighters are tangled up in the ropes here. We might need a restart if the fighters can't break free themselves.

Fagan controls Snicket momentarily but Snicket frees himself.

Fagan has thrown up a leg looking for a triangle. Snicket doesn't defend quickly enough and Fagan has managed to lock this one up! Can Snicket escape?! NO! He's tapping out! Damn, that was a quick submission - congrats to Fagan on a fantastic submission victory.
