Coming up we have a super heavyweight MMA rules bout between Utred Kinghtfall (ranked 1882 p4p, 22692 weight class) and Augustus Hippobody (ranked 73 p4p, 180 weight class). I'm sure you'll be fascinated to know that I was talking to some pointless Z list celebrity before the fight and he thought that Augustus Hippobody was going to win. Let's see if he was right.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Kinghtfall drops his hands momentarily and Hippobody takes advantage with a crisp shot to the head.

It looks like Utred Kinghtfall has been cut.
Kinghtfall buckles his opponent's knee momentarily with a nice leg kick.

Hippobody throws a hook but Kinghtfall blocks it.
Kinghtfall throws a poor cross that misses
and Hippobody counters with a good right hand that lands right on the jaw.
Kinghtfall moves in looking to clinch but Hippobody pushes him off.
Kinghtfall tries to clinch up against the cage, rushing in to close the distance. Hippobody manages to break the clinch and circles back to the middle of the mat.
Kinghtfall lands with an uppercut that bounces Hippobody off the cage and back into range.

It looks like Augustus Hippobody has been cut.

Kinghtfall forces Hippobody back against the cage and clinches.
With the two fighters working up against the cage, Kinghtfall just misses with a elbow thrown towards Hippobody's brow.
Hippobody working hard to break the clinch.
Kinghtfall is working for takedown but Hippobody is calmly controlling the position for now.
Kinghtfall doesn't land with the attempted body shot.

Kinghtfall has been working on his balance at , so perhaps that has help him stuff some of the takedown attempts by Hippobody.

and Hippobody counters with a nice right hand that sends Kinghtfall toppling to the canvas! Kinghtfall scrambles and gets back to his feet - can Hippobody finish him?!

Utred Kinghtfall's cut is getting worse.
Hippobody lands a pitter patter jab to the forehead of his opponent.

Utred Kinghtfall's cut is bleeding quite badly. He's got to try and protect it.
Hippobody throws the left hand but Kinghtfall avoids the punch easily.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

The fight moves into the clinch position.
Kinghtfall jumps guard but Hippobody turns him against the cage and keeps the fight standing.

Hippobody escapes the clinch and we're back to striking.
