Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of 11 - 6 - 0, fighting out of Hilo, Nash Andrews! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of 4 - 7 - 0, fighting out of New York, Robert Chaos ! The judges for this bout are Chris Saunders, Jeff Smith and Paul Gruel.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! A head kick from Andrews lands but Chaos takes it in his stride. Andrews displays good takedown defense there as he swats away a double leg from Chaos . Chaos manages to get an easy takedown there - catching Andrews on his heels. He'll look to pass Andrews's guard now, I'm sure. Andrews scrambles and gets back to his feet.
Andrews really does look like a pencil wearing a pair of gloves. Let's hope he has a gameplan to suit that ridiculous body shape. Chaos shoots in looking for a single leg takedown. Andrews is trying to defend but Chaos finishes it well and ends up in half guard. Let's see if he can advance position further. Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd. Andrews is looking to improve his position.

Chaos drops back for a leg but he's not going to get it - he lets go and Andrews dives on top into guard. Chaos is working an open guard here, looking to improve his position. No doubt that will leave him open to counters but at least he's being more offensive. Andrews stands up from Chaos 's guard - Andrews perhaps looking for a knockout. Chaos shoots in and drives through. Andrews sprawls well. Chaos shoots and misses and Andrews connects with a straight left hand counter down the middle. Nash Andrews has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Robert Chaos . Chaos shoots in for a takedown from distance. He catches Andrews napping and manages to drive through into side control! Chaos is trying to land an Americana. He has the arm isolated but Andrews is keeping cool and he's avoided the danger for now. Chaos wants to work for a kimura but he's foiled early by Andrews, who protects the arm well.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Chaos is working for what looks like an arm triangle here. Andrews is trying to escape and Chaos transitions quickly into an armbar! He's slapped it on tight and Andrews is forced to tap! Nice work there by Chaos ! Very nice indeed!
