Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the super heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 5 - 3 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Bad Fighter!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 44 - 109 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Makebono Bowen!
The judges for this bout are Frank Dennis, Alan Glass and Robert Twigg.

Bowen tries to clinch but Fighter moves away
and Fighter counters with a nice double leg into guard.
Bowen is looking to stand back up... there's a bit of a scramble and Fighter dives into side control.
Fighter has had enough of the ground for now and decides to stand.

and Fighter counters with a nice body kick.

Bowen gets caught on his heels momentarily as he allows Fighter to score an easy takedown into full guard.
Bowen is wriggling around but Fighter manages to pass to half guard.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Fighter is taking a breather. Bowen says something to him but it's hard to make out. Perhaps he's telling him to get on with it and actually do something.

Fighter escapes and gets back to his feet.
Bowen sees a low kick coming and goes to check it, but it's actually a body kick and it thuds into his unprotected ribs.
Fighter decides to change it up a bit and drives through with a nice takedown into half guard.
Bowen tries to kick Fighter off in order to stand up. Fighter Avoids the leg push though and dives into side control.
Fighter stands up and we're back to a striking position.

Fighter stands up and beckons Bowen to his feet.
Fighter shoots in and scores a nice double leg takedown into half guard.
Bowen is looking to get back to is feet but Fighter passes into side control.

Fighter decides to stand back up. Fighter steps back and let's Bowen get back to his feet.

Fighter's ground tactics aren't going to win him many fans. Let's hope he's got fireworks for us if he gets back to his feet because he's not doing much on the ground.

Fighter content to control the pace. The referee will try and keep them active though.

We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Fighter is looking for a takedown. Wow, that's a brutal slam - Bowen is in big trouble! Fighter is landing strikes from the mount and this one is all over! The ref jumps in to save a confused looking Bowen. Poor guy.
