Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Branko Popovic (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Alexander Federov (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Popovic comes to the cage accompanied by Funeral March by Frederic Chopin . The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Popovic looks to score with a combo but nothing lands.
Federov clinches up against the cage.
Popovic wants to break free. God knows he wants to breaaaak freeee.
Federov throws a knee to the head but misses.
Popovic wants to get back to striking at distance but Federov won't allow it.
Federov goes for a takedown in the clinch but Popovic prevents it.
Popovic is trying to work out of this bad position, with his back against the cage.
Federov breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat.
Popovic sends Federov crashing to the mat with a devastating uppercut! Popovic is motioning to the referee to let Federov up. He wants to try and finish this one on the feet!
It looks like Alexander Federov has been cut.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.
Federov is wiping some vaseline out of his eye. Popovic doesn't give a rats ass about fair play and cracks him with a massive hook to the side of the head! Federov crumples to the floor out cold! The cornerman is going to be in Federov's bad books for that mishap!
