The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Wyadd fakes a jab and throws a low kick but Choo checks it well.
Choo misses with a wild body shot.
Wyadd staying out of range there.
Choo slips in close and lands a nice hook before moving back out of range.
Choo ducks down and throws a hook to the body.
Wyadd takes a shot right to the liver - Bas would have been proud of that punch.

Wyadd closes the distance and scores a nice trip takedown into half guard. Choo did well to prevent Wyadd getting side control.
Choo holds on for dear life, maintaining half guard for now.

Choo jumps guard but his hands slip and he falls flat on his back. Well, he's made himself look a right mug there, as Wyadd walks away with a smile on his face. Choo gets slowly back to his feet and shakes his head.

It looked like Choo wanted to counter with a hook but didn't fully commit.

Choo tries to clinch but Wyadd is having none of it.

Wyadd digs a right hand into Choo's ribs. Those have got to be taking their toll on Choo's gas tank.

This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!

Wyadd content to sit in guard, stalling... Great. Oh but he could get punished here because Choo has locked up a guillotine! Choo's face is contorted as he sqeezes tight on the submission attempt - will he finish? Wyadd is holding on here and Choo must be using up a lot of energy. Wyadd has gone limp! He's out! He's out cold! Choo gets to his feet, tossing aside his stricken foe. Arms raised, he milks the applause from the crowd. Great submission!
