The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Sokolov throws an overhand right that lands on cheiroso's shoulder, as cheiroso tries to avoid the shot.
cheiroso tries to bum rush Sokolov with a series of wild strikes but Sokolov uses good footwork to avoid the assault.
Sokolov throws a nice looking combination but cheiroso bobs and weaves to avoid any damage.
cheiroso misses with a series of wild punches.
cheiroso throws a right hand that Sokolov ducks under and follows up with a left that Sokolov also avoids with ease.

cheiroso throws a combination but it was largely blocked by Sokolov .

cheiroso gets taken down but at least he's managed to land in guard.

cheiroso has a momentary lapse of concentration, allowing Sokolov to throw up a leg and lock on what appears to be a pretty tight triangle! cheiroso is fighting it off but it's all too little too late - Sokolov pulls down on the head and he's put cheiroso to sleep! This one is all over!
