Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between William Farquharson (ranked 2083 p4p, 2784 weight class) and Werner Wernerblom (ranked 271 p4p, 359 weight class). Wernerblom has chosen Scarlet - Killer Quinn as his entrance music. These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
A head kick from Farquharson lands but Wernerblom takes it in his stride.

Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

Farquharson drops Wernerblom with a hook right on the temple. He thinks about going to the ground but Wernerblom looks back up at him and smiles so Farquharson waves him back to his feet - he obviously thinks he can knock him out after that shot landed.
Wernerblom swings wildly with a hook that is half blocked by Farquharson.

Wernerblom lands a nice looking body shot.
Oh Farquharson is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
Farquharson is breathing heavily.
Wernerblom grits his teeth and throws a big right-left combo! Farquharson takes both shots clean on the chin and is out cold! Wernerblom cracks him once more on his way down, as the crowd goes wild! They enjoyed that one!

In his post fight interview, Werner Wernerblom started talking himself up. Luckily his charisma kept the crowd on side and gave him a good reception.
