Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 1 - 0 - 0, fighting out of New York, John Taylor!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 1 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Jace Edwards!
The judges for this bout are Sam Margolis, Phil Schofield and Colin Fotheringham.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Taylor listening to his corner there, landing a nice uppercut.

and Edwards counters with a kick to the head that grazes his opponent. Taylor is lucky that one didn't land flush.

Edwards misses with a half-hearted attempt at a head kick.
Taylor will need to tighten up his combinations if he doesn't want to gas himself out, swinging at thin air.

It looks like Jace Edwards has been cut.

This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!

Taylor lands a knee to the body and follows it up with some ground and pound to the head. That will wear Edwards down.

That's the end of the interval. I'm sure that seemed a lot quicker than a minute for our two fighters! Back to the action.

We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

Edwards shoots in looking for a takedown but Taylor manages to keep the fight standing, pushing Edwards's face into the canvas for good measure before circling away.
Taylor tries to counter by clinching up but Edwards breaks away and moves out of range.

Taylor lands a really nice looking cross but Edwards seems unphased.

We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Taylor ducks down and throws a big overhand right - it lands flush on the jaw, knocking Edwards out cold! The fight is over!
