Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Edson Junior (ranked 4386 p4p, 4764 weight class) and Eddie Bravo (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). We have two fighters making their debuts here, so let's see who comes out of this one with their first professional victory.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the featherweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of 0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Rio de Janeiro, Eddie Bravo! The judges for this bout are Felipe Paraventi, Leandro Rodrigues and Matheus Silva.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Bravo shoots in for a takedown. "I don't think so" says Junior as he avoids it easily. Bravo darts in looking for a takedown but Junior gets double underhooks and turns Bravo into the cage. Junior feinted with a counter takedown. Junior closes the distance looking to clinch and Bravo counters with a nice double leg into guard. Bravo is pushing down on Junior's leg trying to pass to half guard. Junior is fighting to maintain full guard but Bravo has managed to sneak the leg through. Bravo is trying for a guillotine from the top but the pressure isn't in the right place so Junior is just riding it out for now. Bravo eventually gives up the hold. Bravo tries to pass to full mount but Junior defends it. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Bravo stops Junior from getting back to his feet.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Junior won't allow Bravo to pass to mount. Junior wants to control but Bravo is keeping busy.
