Coming up we have a super heavyweight MMA rules bout between Anthony Lavicci (ranked 4275 p4p, 2866 weight class) and Jan Nycz (ranked 140 p4p, 102 weight class). Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the super heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of 1 - 1 - 0, fighting out of London, Anthony Lavicci! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of 7 - 4 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Jan Nycz! The judges for this bout are Tiny Johnson, Daniel Franklin and George Francis.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Nycz lands with a straight right. Lavicci didn't see that one coming. Lavicci fails miserably with a takedown attempt. Nycz shuffles to his left behind two crisp jabs. Lavicci eats them both and turns towards Nycz to reposition himself and eats a stinging right hand-left hook combo. Lavicci shoots in for a takedown and gets it. Let's see what he's got on the mat. Nycz is looking to stand back up but Lavicci counters by passing into half guard. Oops... bit sloppy there by Nycz. Lavicci perhaps working for something from half guard, or maybe not. It looks like he's just sitting there. Nycz tries to kick Lavicci off but Lavicci keeps his base steady and stays in half guard. Lavicci works his way into full mount! Lavicci can't quite control the action as he would like just now, as Nycz is looking to escape. Lavicci with some aggressive grappling here. He's looking for submissions here, rather than waiting for the opportunity to counter.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out! Nycz is trying to stand but he's not in a good position to be doing that! Lavicci has taken his back!
That's one minute gone in the round. Lavicci working for a RNC but it's not happening just yet. Lavicci looking for the choke but no joy. Nycz is trying to get back to his feet but Lavicci has full control of the position and if anything, Nycz has just worked his way into a worse spot. I would not like to be Nycz right now.

The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Lavicci is staying calm and holding on to the back position, whilst working on a rear naked choke. Nycz is defending well though. Lavicci let's go of the attempt for now. Lavicci has been talking about how he's improved his wrestling in the run up to the fight so let's see if that's enough to sway the balance.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Nycz wants to get back to his feet. Nycz is squirming around looking to escape but he's just wriggling himself into more trouble. Lavicci sinks in the hooks and manages to tighten his grip on a rear naked choke. Nycz has no choice but to tap and Lavicci jumps to his feet to celebrate and slick submission win!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 2:17 of round 1, we have a winner by way of Submission (RNC). Anthony Lavicci!
