Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Stefan De Vries (ranked 3691 p4p, 23974 weight class) and Kekot Koket (ranked 337 p4p, 499 weight class). Both these guys have really solid chins. Will we see a standup war or will they both decide that a knockout is unlikely and try to win the fight elsewhere?

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the featherweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 8 - 3 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Stefan De Vries!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 2 - 3 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Kekot Koket!
The judges for this bout are Frank Antenori, Timothy Bukovac and Jack Bonds.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Koket misses with a low kick.
A quick step to the side and De Vries tries to counter with a shot to the body but it doesn't connect.
De Vries thuds a left hand into Koket's body.
Koket scores with a body shot.
De Vries connects with the punch.
Koket wants to clinch up but De Vries keeps it at a distance.
Kekot Koket seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Koket throws a head kick that misses.
De Vries gets in close and instigates a clinch.
De Vries working on landing some head shots here - that one got through nicely.
A head punch blocked on the inside by De Vries.
Koket is trying to maintain a safe position but De Vries gets an underhook and turns Koket into the cage.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
De Vries works for underhooks and lands a body shot in the process.

Koket lands with a kick to the temple. De Vries shrugs as if to say "is that all you've got?"
Koket throws a jab, cross combination which is slipped
enabling De Vries to counter with a crisp jab.
Koket gets cracked there but stands up to it.
Koket gets cracked with a nice right hand there by De Vries.
De Vries connects with a hook to the side of his opponent's head.
De Vries seems to be moving with more speed, compared to his last bout. He must have been working on that in the gym.
De Vries digs a good body shot into Koket's ribs.
Koket pushes De Vries up against the cage in a clinch.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
De Vries's corner calls for him to break the clinch, which he does.
Koket throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle.
De Vries swung with a counter right hand that didn't connect.
Koket tries to clinch there but De Vries circles away.

De Vries moves into range and connects with a jab.
Koket throws a leg kick
and De Vries counters with a straight right hand.
Koket throws a lazy uppercut
letting De Vries counter with a right hand.
Koket thows a body kick. De Vries tries to catch it but that hurt him.
De Vries connects with a looping right hand.
Koket attempts a low kick but it misses it's target.
De Vries throws a shot to the body.
Koket tried to score with a low kick but De Vries checks it.
De Vries checks a leg kick.
Koket throws a lazy head kick
and De Vries counters with a crisp one two that drops Koket! De Vries thinks about following him to the mat for a moment but instead steps back and waves Koket to his feet! Koket is in big trouble!
Koket is rocked!
De Vries's corner calls for a 1-2. De Vries obliges with the 1 part as he scores the single shot and moves back out of range.
Koket is still on wobbly legs! Can De Vries finish him?
Koket throws a lazy head kick
and De Vries counters with a nice jab to the body that keeps Koket thinking.
Koket seems to have recovered his senses.
Koket looks winded!

Koket swings wildly with a couple of big hooks
and De Vries counters with a crisp hook to the side of the head.
Koket pulls out of a head kick attempt.
De Vries scores with a jab to the jaw.
De Vries throws a monster overhand right that drops Koket! De Vries follows up with more strikes from mount and the fight is all over!
