Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Ciccio Lo Zizio (ranked 2465 p4p, 4032 weight class) and Todd Wad (ranked 326 p4p, 491 weight class). These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

Lo Zizio is trying to drag Wad to the mat but Wad just about manages to keep his footing. He used the cage to his advantage there.

Lo Zizio has Wad pressed up against the cage. He's trying to work for a single leg takedown. Lo Zizio pulls back from the cage and twists to the side, sending Wad tumbling to the mat - Lo Zizio dives into Wad's guard.

Lo Zizio lands a big elbow from half guard. That looks like it's hurt Wad quite badly. Wad pulls Lo Zizio in close trying to recover. Lo Zizio postures up and lands two really hard shots that put Wad on queer street! The ref takes a look and decides to call an end to the fight! Possibly an early stoppage but Wad doesn't seem to be complaining too much.
