Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Oleg Zadernovskiy (ranked 3850 p4p, 4452 weight class) and Masahide Tsunemura (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). I don't know about you partner, but I'm pumped for this one!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 2 - 1 - 0, fighting out of New York, Oleg Zadernovskiy!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of New York, Masahide Tsunemura!
The judges for this bout are Bruno Lombardi, Franklyn Lucas and Columbo Gatti.

Tsunemura cracks Zadernovskiy with an open hand slap.
Tsunemura dives in for a single leg takedown but Zadernovskiy sprawls and the fighters end up clinched against the cage.

A quick step to the side and Zadernovskiy tries to counter with a shot to the body but it doesn't connect.
Tsunemura tries to close the distance and clinch but Zadernovskiy swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away.

Zadernovskiy looks towards his corner to check for any instructions. The corner give him nothing to work with, so he cracks Tsunemura with a short hammerfist. I guess that's as good as any advice he could get in this position.
Tsunemura wants to control but Zadernovskiy is keeping busy and won't allow it.

The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

A bit of a lull in the action. I'm sure it will pick up again soon... even if the ref has to physically pick them up and put them back on their feet.

Well Zadernovskiy has outscored his opponent in every aspect of the fight today. Only a scarily incompetent judge or two will keep him from a well deserved win... Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
