Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Tavon Shebu (ranked 2672 p4p, 2230 weight class) and Heinrich Wilheim (ranked 361 p4p, 306 weight class). Both these guys have really solid chins. Will we see a standup war or will they both decide that a knockout is unlikely and try to win the fight elsewhere?

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 7 - 3 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Tavon Shebu!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 2 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Heinrich Wilheim!
The judges for this bout are Matti Vanhoillinen, Ben Zyskovitsi and Roosa Järviläinen.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Wilheim displays good takedown defense there as he swats away a double leg from Shebu.
A looping hook to the body misses from Shebu. Wilheim does a little dance to reset his feet.

Shebu looks for a takedown. He's got it. We're now in half guard.

Wilheim pushes Shebu off and gets back to his feet.
Wilheim fakes and then throws a beautiful body shot. Shebu looks a bit winded and takes a step backwards to take a breath.
Shebu fails to land the takedown.
Wilheim throws a jab when Shebu was well out of range.
Shebu with poor footwork there. He got himself in a bit of a tangle, enabling Wilheim to score with a decent uppercut.
This has been an exciting period of action!
Shebu takes one on the chin but seems OK.
Shebu shoots in for a takedown but Wilheim shows good takedown defense there and keeps this one on the feet.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Tavon Shebu. That's going to take a lot out of him.
Shebu throws a lazy right hand but Wilheim sees it coming a mile off and sidesteps it easily.
Wilheim lands an overhand right.
Wilheim throws a body shot but no joy.
Shebu shoots for a takedown but Wilheim saw that one coming a mile off and avoided it easily.
Shebu takes one to the side of the head.
A big left from Wilheim misses.
Heinrich Wilheim seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Wilheim clobbers Shebu with an overhand right that has the crowd gasping. That made a horrendous noise.

Shebu slips a straight right by Wilheim.
Wilheim misses the jab.

Wilheim gets caught on his heels momentarily as he allows Shebu to score an easy takedown into full guard.

Wilheim is throwing his legs up, looking for submissions. Shebu is aware though and is defending well.

Shebu stands over his opponent and dives in with a flying punch! Wilheim throws up his legs and catches Shebu in a triangle! Oh this looks tight! Shebu tries to escape but he's forced to tap! Wow, fantastic work there by Wilheim! That came out of nowhere!
