The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

It looks like Chiku Maneno has been cut.
Maneno looks to have improved his striking defense since last time we saw him fight.
Viki scoring well with a low kick there.
Maneno lands the left hand.
Viki throws a jab when Maneno was well out of range.
Maneno misses with a hook.
Viki is looking for the big counter here.
Maneno punishes Viki's body with a nice straight punch.
Viki uses some good footwork to avoid the body shot by Maneno.
Viki throws a nice inside leg kick.
Maneno just misses with a punch to the body.
Maneno swings widly with a right hand
and Viki counters with a series of strikes. Maneno will be more careful next time no doubt.

Maneno throws an uppercut from half a mile away. Viki sees it coming and avoids it easily.

and Viki counters with a straight right hand.
Viki throws a hook but Maneno blocks it.
Maneno fakes a head punch and goes low to the body. Nicely done.
Chiku Maneno seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.

Viki drops his hands and takes a jab to the jaw for his troubles.
Viki misses with a hook. Maneno ducked under it nicely.

Oooooh!!! Viki has knocked Maneno down with a huge combo! Viki steps away and waves a wobbly Maneno back to his feet! This one might not go much longer!

Viki throws a body kick that misses.

Viki has been spending a lot of time sparring his boxing in the run up to the fight, trying to sharpen up those hands and look for a knockout.

and Viki counters with a crisp one two that drops Maneno! Viki thinks about following him to the mat for a moment but instead steps back and waves Maneno to his feet! Maneno is in big trouble!

Viki walks straight into an uppercut. Luckily it didn't land flush.

Viki lands a left and a right that send Maneno crashing to the mat, dazed. Viki thinks about following him to the mat but decides to wave him back up to his feet!
Oh Maneno is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
Maneno scores with a big left there. The judges will like that one.
Maneno throws a predictable looking body shot

and Viki counters with a nice right hand that sends Maneno toppling to the canvas! Maneno scrambles and gets back to his feet - can Viki finish him?!

Both fighters circling slowly here as the pace drops. Hopefully one of them does someth.. OOOHHHH!!!! Viki throws an absolute beast of a head kick! Maneno is done! He's out cold, twisted and contorted up against the cage! Wow!

Ladies and gentlemen, after 2:08 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Head Kick). Miki Viki!
A relieved looking Miki Viki thanked the fans for their support and gave the usual line about them being amazing. They seemed to believe that he actually meant it.
