Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Joseph Weaver (ranked 23042 p4p, 2950 weight class) and Ceedee Queen (ranked 675 p4p, 386 weight class). Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Queen shoots in for a takedown! He's got it and he's managed to land in side control! That's better than Queen was expecting from the takedown attempt, I'm sure!
Queen looks up at the clock and then as Weaver takes his cue and looks up at the clock too, Queen smacks him right in the chops with a big elbow! How rude!

Weaver can't do much from the bottom here.
Queen tries to move to mount but Weaver blocks the move with his legs.
Weaver takes a couple of big shots there - the referee warns him that he has to defend himself better.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Weaver parries the strikes from Queen easily there. Queen is wary of posturing up too much because it might enable Weaver to escape.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Queen tries to score with some ground and pound. Weaver controls his posture well this time though and the shots don't do any damage.
Weaver's coaches at McGrady FT have been working on his defensive grappling in preparation for this fight so let's see if he can get out of this tricky position.

Queen postures up and connects with a big shot that has rocked Weaver badly. He's trying desperately to grab hold of Queen around the waist but Queen pushes him off and unloads with more strikes, forcing the referee to jump in and save him! Queen is the winner by TKO! Queen jumps onto the cage and shouts into the camera. "We did it momma!"

Ceedee Queen tried to hype himself up post fight but didn't word it too well and it ended up with him sounding like a bit of a tool.
