Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Valtteri Badass (ranked 1659 p4p, 889 weight class) and Bryant Smith (ranked 202 p4p, 111 weight class). Smith comes into a darkened arena with his song building. Television - Marquee Moon kicks in, the lights come on and the crowd goes wild! What a showman! Bryant Smith acknowledges the crowd's support as he enters the cage.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 9 - 1 - 2, fighting out of Amsterdam, Valtteri Badass!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 14 - 8 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Bryant Smith!
The judges for this bout are Roosa Järviläinen, Marco Blurström and Matti Vanhoillinen.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Badass blocks a head kick by Smith.
Smith has his hands up protecting his head but a hook from Badass finds it's way round the side to connect with Smith's head.
Smith ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Badass moves away.
Badass takes a shot right to the bread basket.
Badass dips to his left and cracks Smith with an uppercut!
Smith lands a nice shot that snaps Badass's head back.
Smith throws out a loose jab but Badass uses good head movement to avoid it.
Badass feints and then cracks Smith's leading leg with a nice low kick. He's obviously looking to slow Smith down.
Badass throws a hook to the side of Smith's head but Smith sees it coming and ducks under it beautifully.
Badass moves into the clinch.
A nice left hand lands by Smith.
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.
Badass misses with a short punch on the inside.
Badass has been talking about how he's improved his wrestling in the run up to the fight so let's see if that's enough to sway the balance.
Smith breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat.
Decent striking displayed by Smith there.
Smith lands a big head kick that sends Badass tumbling to the mat! Smith takes a step backwards and waves Badass back to his feet - he wants the finish!
Badass is rocked!
Badass misses the body punch
and Smith counters with a shot to the ribs. That looked like it hurt.
Oh Badass is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
Badass lands with a right hand.
Smith slips under a jab from Badass.
Badass seems to have got his legs back now.
A slow jab from Smith misses its intended target.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Badass with a hook.
Smith checks a leg kick nicely.
Smith shapes to counter with a head kick.
Smith misses with a hook.
Smith cracks a nice hook into Badass's ribs.
Smith's coach down at Gym was telling us pre-fight that they have been working on Smith's balance. Obviously they view that as a key factor in the outcome of this fight.
Smith throws an uppercut from half a mile away. Badass sees it coming and avoids it easily.
Badass lands a leg kick that knocks Smith off balance momentarily.
Smith feints and then winds up with a huge right hand that connects perfectly and sends Badass sprawling to the canvas! Badass rolls over backwards and springs off the cage and manages to regain his footing - how acrobatic! Oh, he's still wobbly - can Smith finish him?!
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Nice defenses there by Smith.
Badass lands a jab to Smith's midsection.
Badass just misses with a punch to the body.
Smith seems to be stalking Badass here. He circles momentarily and then unleashes a devastating head kick! Badass drops like a stone, out cold! WOW! Are you kidding me!? What a knockout!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:43 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Head Kick). Bryant Smith!
Bryant Smith spent the whole post fight interview bigging himself up. It didn't go down that well with the fans after a while as they thought it was a bit arrogant.
