The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
We've got one fighter who appears to only be looking to counter and the other not looking particularly aggressive either, so we could be in for a dull fight.

Singh drops Pony with a hook right on the temple. He thinks about going to the ground but Pony looks back up at him and smiles so Singh waves him back to his feet - he obviously thinks he can knock him out after that shot landed.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!

and Pony counters with a nice low kick that buckles Singh's knee momentarily.

As Singh looks to move away, Pony throws a big counter combo but Singh just gets out of the way.

Singh cracks Pony with a big right hand that sends him crashing to the floor. Singh has the opportunity to follow him to the ground but instead he's beckoning Pony to stand back up!
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.
Singh fires a straight punch through the middle that cracks Pony square on the jaw! Damn, Pony is out cold on his feet and topples face first to the canvas! Wow, I haven't seen a knockout that brutal in a long time!
