The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Lund tries to clinch there but Cornaro circles away.
Cornaro fails with the takedown.
Cornaro tries to clinch up but Lund circles away and keeps his distance.
Cornaro shoots in looking for a double leg takedown. Lund defends it nicely.
Lund is trying hard to land a takedown here. Cornaro sprawls well and keeps this one on the feet.
Lund tries to score a power double leg takedown but Cornaro sees that one coming and sprawls well. That will dishearten Lund somewhat.

We could do with one of the fighters taking the initiative a bit more on the ground - they're both waiting to capitalize on a mistake.

Lund is working on a leg, looking for a takedown but Cornaro is defending well.

Cornaro pushes off an throws an elbow but Lund leans to the side and avoids it. We're back to clinching against the cage.

The crowd are getting on the fighters' backs, as the pace has dropped off in the last minute or so.
Cornaro manages to work his way to half guard, despite Lund's best efforts.
Lund wants to take a breather but Cornaro is having none of it.

Freezy Cornaro showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards.

Lund tries for an arm triangle. That looks pretty tight to me. Is this one over!?! Possibly, maybe, no Lund has let go of the choke. Obviously it wasn't as tight as we thought!
Cornaro throws a couple of punches but he's in a bad position and they don't land.

The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Lund has knee on belly and moves into mount.
Cornaro avoids a series of strikes thrown by Lund.
