Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 1 - 0 - 0, fighting out of St Petersburg, Jack Rider!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 1 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Mighty Warrior!
The judges for this bout are Illya Tyunina, Viktor Lagutenko and Konstantin Menshow.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Warrior scores with a hook to the body. Rider takes a step back and tries to catch his breath.
Rider lands with a nice low kick. That'll leave a bruise.
Rider lands a kick to the ribs of his opponent. Nice work there - in and out in a flash.
Rider seems to be moving with more speed, compared to his last bout. He must have been working on that in the gym.

Warrior closes the distance, clinches up and gets a nice trip takedown into side control. Very smooth.

Warrior wants to lay and pray for a moment but Rider keeps working.
Warrior looks more muscular than last time we saw him. He must have been on the weights.
Warrior tries to score with some ground and pound. Rider controls his posture well this time though and the shots don't do any damage.
Warrior misses with a strike but at least he's keeping busy, looking to cause some damage - that will still help him when it comes to the judges scorecards.

Warrior thinks about going for a far side armbar but bails out and retains the dominant position instead.

That has opened up Mighty Warrior's cut even more.
Jack Rider has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Mighty Warrior.

Rider stuffs a takedown. It's all about dictating where the fight takes place and Rider wants it to stay on the feet.

Rider is looking to slow Warrior down with leg kicks.
Warrior looks for a takedown here. Will he get it? Rider is fending him off so far but Warrior persists. Nope, Rider circles away and we're back to standing.
