Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 3 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Marckus Reece!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 1 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Jimmy Newtron!
The judges for this bout are Trevor Gratis, Elvis Blanc and Steve Smith.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Newtron lands a two punch combo.
Newtron misses with a jab and misses with a cross straight after too.
Reece throws a hook to the side of Newtron's head but Newtron sees it coming and ducks under it beautifully.
Newtron cracks Reece with a nice right hand that draws applause from the crowd.
Reece shoots in for a takedown. "Ole!" shouts Newtron as he jumps to the side.
Newtron throws a jab, cross combination which is slipped
and Reece counters with a single leg into guard. Newtron didn't expect that.
Reece connects with a couple of short punches.
Reece trying to pass the guard but can't manage it just yet.
Newtron wants to sweep but no luck.
Reece sitting in guard, not really doing much.
Reece throwing strikes but missing.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Reece passes easily into side control. Nice work.
Newtron wants to improve his position, back to half guard but Reece has ideas of his own. He's got hold of Newtron's far side arm and it looks like he's got an Americana. Ohh! Ohhhh! OOOOOOOOOH! A human being's arm is not meant to bend like that! Newtron is tapping like a morse code operator on the Titanic! SOS SOS! He's out of here! Great win for Reece!
