Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between No Name (ranked 4429 p4p, 4596 weight class) and Khan Dharma (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). We have two fighters making their debuts here, so let's see who comes out of this one with their first professional victory.

Dharma fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Name manages to avoid it.
Name fails with a rather predictable takedown attempt.
Dharma changes levels for a counter takedown but doesn't follow through with his attempt.
Dharma throws a hook but Name blocks it.
Name throws a combination. Dharma tries to block but a couple of punches get through.

It looks like Khan Dharma has been cut.
Name moves out of range of the strikes.
Name tries to clinch up but Dharma circles away and keeps his distance.
And Dharma tries to counter it with a takedown but Name pushes his down on his head and steps out.
Name steps to the side to avoid the strikes from Dharma.
Name throws a body shot but no joy.

The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!

Dharma has the superior BJJ but he's also working some ground strikes into his gameplan.

Name is looking to control Dharma's leg but it's slowly edging free. Can Name avoid being mounted?

Name tries to close the distance and clinch up but Dharma swats him away and circles back towards the center.

Dharma swings and misses with a hook to the body.
Dharma slaps away a takedown attempt from Name, before circling back to the center of the mat.

Dharma moves into side control, trying to work for a kimura. That looks painful! Will he finish!!?? No, Name has worked his arm free - good work by Name!

Name wants to control but Dharma postures up.
Dharma wants to lay and pray for a moment but Name keeps working.

Dharma lands a few punches from side control.
Dharma lands a knee to the body and a forearm to the face.
Name is positioning himself to get back to half guard.
Name can't do much from the bottom here.

Dharma cracks Name with a big right hand but Name just smiles back at him and invites him to have another go.

Dharma creates a bit of distance and throws down some hard shots.
Dharma has been the more effective fighter overall so far.

The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

The crowd are showing their displeasure at the lack of action as loud boos ring out around the arena.
Name is trying to get back to half guard. He's pushing on Dharma's leg. He's managed it. Nice work.
Dharma is looking for the mount but instead finds himself back in full guard.

Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless.
Name is really struggling to control Dharma but he's trying to hold on to the position.
If this pace continues, the referee will definitely step in and force a standup.
Dharma wants to sweep here but Name controlling him for the moment.

The referee has stepped in and called for a break in the action. We'll restart on the feet.
Dharma fails in his attempt to clinch.
Dharma throws a leg kick

and Name counters with a nice double leg into side control. Dharma won't be happy with that.

Name wants to work for a kimura but he's foiled early by Dharma, who protects the arm well.
The referee asks Name politely if he wouldn't mind getting on with it and actually doing something. Name prefers to stall for the moment though.
No Name has stepped it up - he knows he needs a finish here!
The crowd thankful this round is nearly over.
Dharma is looking to regain half guard here but Name keeps moving and retains side control.

No Name showed his dominance in that final round.
Well Dharma has outworked and out performed his opponent in all aspects of the game today. He was simply too good and the decision should be no more than a formality. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
