Panda ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Faulk moves away.

Faulk swings wildly with an uppercut but Panda uses good head movement to avoid it.

and Faulk counters with a straight right hand that connects right on the button, dropping Panda face first to the canvas! He's out! He's out cold! No need for a count here - this fight is over!
