Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the super heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 8 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Roberto Vieira!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 1 - 0 - 0, fighting out of New York, Robert Krohn!
The judges for this bout are Jeff Smith, Ryoma Takatsuka and Paul Gruel.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Vieira throws a loose over hand right and dives in with a double leg takedown. Krohn tries to sprawl but it's too late and the fighters hit the mat. Vieira is in Krohn's guard.
Krohn pushes Vieira off and gets back to his feet.
Vieira shoots for a takedown but Krohn saw that one coming a mile off and avoided it easily.
Krohn looks for a takedown here. Will he get it? Vieira is fending him off so far but Krohn persists. Nope, Vieira circles away and we're back to standing.
Krohn misses with a takedown
and Vieira counters with a shoot takedown. Krohn fights it but they end up in guard.
Vieira might be looking to lock onto one of his opponent's long limbs for a submission, whilst we're on the ground.
This has been an exciting period of action!

Krohn is looking to sweep but instead, Vieira has passed into half guard.

Krohn wants to control but Vieira is keeping busy and won't allow it.

Vieira slows down the pace of the fight for a moment. He'll need to remain active if he doesn't want to see the fight stood back up.
The referee decides to stand the fighters back up.

We've been hearing that Vieira has been drilling a lot of ground and pound in training, so let's see if he get the finish.

Vieira has controlled the position for a good 20 seconds, which will no doubt be starting to frustrate his opponent.
The crowd thankful this round is nearly over.
Vieira is working the ground and pound from guard. He might want to try advancing position though to get more of an impact.

Krohn is wriggling around but Vieira manages to pass to half guard.
Roberto Vieira overall seems to be getting the better of the ground position in the fight so far.
Krohn is looking for a sweep. Vieira is wise to his cunning plan and keeps the top position.
Vieira looks over to his corner - he wants some instructions but his corner are not responding.
Krohn is trying to control but Vieira passes into side control!
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

Vieira tucks in and makes sure he doesn't lose the dominant position.

Vieira breaks from Krohn's wrist control and lands an elbow.

Vieira scores with a couple of good head shots there.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Krohn wants to control but Vieira is having none of it.
Vieira pausing momentarily but resumes with a couple of decent strikes that do a bit of damage.
Krohn is rocked!

Vieira takes a little breather and maintains the position. The referee will be looking for him to stay active from such a dominant position though.
Vieira cracks Krohn with a big head shot that has him covering up instantly! He's rolled onto his side and the referee has seen enough - this one is aaaaaaaaaaall over!
